觀音瀑布Guanyin Falls @Chiayi County

After riding up the winding mountain roads of Chiayi and following a steep rockie trail down a hidden path you will come to a temple. Just beyond that temple is beautiful natural waterfall, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat.

These multi story falls are found hidden in the mountains or Chiayi County. Although these falls are not a national scenic area, the quiet nature of this natural fall leaves me speechless. It is also a perfect area for a family picnic with the shade provided by the natural greenery.

Although there is no public transport to this area, it is easily assessable by motorbike or car. A small price for such a glorious experience.
